VFX & Post Assistant Production Manager

I managed a team of VFX Artists while supporting my Post Supervisor through delivery for 22 episodes of stop-motion magic (with 22 minutes per episode). My top priority in keeping our team on schedule involved advocating for streamlined practices within the camera, lighting, and art departments that supported the advanced compositing and painting required for this show. Working closely with our VFX Editor, I initiated internal pipeline adjustments and new DI delivery workflows to further keep up with this tight turnaround production schedule of an episode delivery per week.

I was responsible for running Dailies, Director reviews, managing shot assignments, monitoring shots and note taking in Flow Production Tracking (formerly Shotgrid), and projecting episode complexity alongside my Lead Artist and Post Supervisor.
